I want to thank you for the outstanding job you did in supporting Student Insurance in its recent move to our new location. As you know, we leased 65,000 sq. ft. of new office space and needed to completely build out shell space to spec in only 60 days and move 300 people including a full IT operation in the process. To say we were under a tight time frame would be an understatement!
You took on this project and immediately hit the ground running. Your coordination of the weekly meetings and hands-on management of the General Contractor and vendors was exceptional. I know that without your oversight of this project, we would have never met our move-in date. This was no small task and your attention to even the smallest details from start-up through finalizing the punch list was excellent. Above all, you always maintained a sense of humor and focus which allowed the project to continue to move forward even when we hit those inevitable “snags.”
It was a pleasure working with you, John. Should I have the occasion to move an operation in the future, you will be the first person I call. Again, thank you for all your help and for a job well done.
