John was hired as a consultant to oversee the build-out of one of our properties held in trust. He provided a wide variety of expertise not just the project management but hands and proactive advice which had a very positive effect on the outcome. John has a small firm but the value in that is he is able to be much more hands-on and provide a much more custom approach and is much more interactive with the client than other construction project management firms we have dealt with in the past.
