John was hired at my suggestion by a property owner. His job was to oversee a very complicated situation having to do with a warehouse building that was being vacated by a company after occupying for 20 years. We had to establish not only what the current building condition was for our out of town owner, but also determine what the prior tenant’s responsibilities were as it related to deferred maintenance. John did an excellent job and the owner was tremendously appreciative of all John’s efforts. John is always willing to do whatever is necessary and went above and beyond the call of duty to make all the pieces of the puzzle come together. I will always use John for any project management job I come across. He has a total understanding of the process and is able to bring the right contractors and sub-contractors to get whatever job you need done.
